Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 05, 2026

Bizora Inc. ("Bizora," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the Bizora Integration API, including supported OpenAI-compatible chat completion endpoints and Model Context Protocol integrations.

For customer prompt and response content submitted through the Bizora Integration API, Bizora follows a zero data retention principle. We do not store user questions, prompts, answers, generated outputs, or conversation threads, and our logs do not retain API prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Content submitted through the Bizora Integration API is used only to return the requested API response. We do not store API prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads, and our logs do not retain API prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads. If content submitted through the API contains personal information or sensitive information, it is handled under the same zero data retention principle for prompt and response content.

Customer administrators, developers, and business contacts may provide account or contact information to manage API access, billing, support, and security communications. This information is separate from content submitted through the API.

Operational metadata

We may process limited operational metadata to operate, secure, monitor, bill for, debug, and improve the Bizora Integration API. This may include:

  • API key or customer identifier
  • request timestamp
  • model or endpoint used
  • input token count
  • output token count
  • latency or time taken to complete the answer
  • status code, error code, or rate-limit event
  • security, abuse-prevention, or availability signals

Operational metadata does not include stored copies of user questions, answers, prompts, outputs, or conversation threads.

Account and business contact information

For customer administrators, developers, or business contacts, we may process account and contact information needed to manage the Bizora Integration API relationship. This may include:

  • name
  • business email address
  • billing, support, security, or administrative communications

This account and business contact information is used to administer access to the Bizora Integration API and is separate from content submitted through the API.

2. How We Use Information

We use information covered by this Privacy Policy to:

  • provide API responses requested by the customer
  • authenticate API requests and manage API access
  • operate, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the API
  • measure usage, token counts, latency, reliability, and performance
  • detect abuse, fraud, security threats, or unauthorized access
  • provide support, billing, and administrative communications
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms
  • improve service reliability, safety, and performance using operational metadata

We do not use customer prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads for advertising, marketing, or resale.

3. Zero Data Retention for API Content

For the Bizora Integration API, we follow a zero data retention principle for customer prompt and response content.

We do not store:

  • user questions
  • prompts
  • answers
  • generated outputs
  • conversation threads
  • submitted content beyond transient processing needed to generate the requested response

Our logs do not retain API prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads. We retain only limited operational metadata, such as input token size, output token size, timestamps, status or error codes, and time taken to complete an answer, for security, reliability, billing, legal compliance, and service improvement.

4. Third-Party AI Providers and Subprocessors

We may transmit content submitted through the Bizora Integration API to third-party AI service providers only as needed to generate the requested response.

When we use third-party large language model providers for Bizora Integration API processing, we use only models, providers, or provider configurations that support zero data retention or equivalent no- storage commitments for customer prompts and outputs. This means customer prompts and outputs are not stored by those AI providers for their own use, advertising, or resale.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and subprocessors under written agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to Bizora and require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bizora, our customers, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Service providers and subprocessors may support functions such as:

  • cloud infrastructure and hosting
  • API authentication and authorization
  • security monitoring and abuse prevention
  • logging controls and observability
  • billing and usage measurement
  • customer support and incident response
  • third-party AI response generation under zero-retention or equivalent no-storage commitments

We do not share customer prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads with vendors for advertising, marketing, or resale.

5. No Sale or Advertising Use

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share customer prompts, questions, answers, outputs, or conversation threads for cross- context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, resale, or marketing.

6. Retention

Content submitted through the Bizora Integration API is processed transiently only to generate the requested response and is not retained.

Operational metadata may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, reliability, billing, legal compliance, abuse prevention, support, and service improvement.

Account and business contact information for customer administrators, developers, and business contacts may be retained for as long as needed to manage the customer relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

7. Security

The Bizora Integration API is designed for enterprise security. Our controls include:

  • API-key based authorization
  • encrypted transport
  • monitoring and abuse-prevention controls
  • logging controls designed to avoid storing user questions and answers
  • vendor and subprocessor controls
  • operational security reviews and incident-response processes

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use technical and organizational measures intended to protect API data and prevent unauthorized access.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through the Bizora Integration API. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize it.

9. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information that we maintain about you. These rights may be limited by applicable law and by the nature of the Bizora Integration API.

Because prompts, answers, outputs, and conversation threads are not retained, we generally cannot access, retrieve, correct, or delete them after a request has been processed.

For account and business contact information, customer administrators, developers, or business contacts may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-rights assistance.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at adam@bizora.ai.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through appropriate channels.
